Join Us in Automating the Future of Construction

At Sitegeist, we’re shaping the future of autonomous machines for real construction sites.
If you’re passionate about robotics software, embedded systems, hardware design, field testing, or safety & certification, we’d love to hear from you. Specifically, we are searching for:

Founder’s Associate

Build the backbone of our organization – processes, people, and data that keep the team aligned, efficient, and motivated. You connect every moving part of a fast-scaling robotics startup, from engineers to customers, from the lab to the construction site. You’ll have your hands in everything – business, field operations, and tech – because without you, nothing gets built. Every deal, process, and decision you shape has visible impact on how the physical world gets built.

Electrical Engineer

Design and deliver the nervous system of our robots. You’ll transform concepts into reliable, field-ready electrical systems that can handle dust, vibration, and uncertainty, powering automated construction.

Mechanical Engineer

Create mechanical systems that survive and excel in the real world. Your designs will make construction robots robust, manufacturable, and field-ready, bridging elegant engineering with brutal reality.

Safety Engineer

Embed safety and reliability into the DNA of our construction robots. As a safety innovator, you’ll put safety at the heart of every design – ensuring that our drive for innovation never outruns compliance, and that each robot sets new standards of safety.

Robotics Software Engineer

Build the digital brain and backbone of our robots. From motion planning to computer vision, you’ll make the system intelligent, reliable, and scalable for real-world construction. You won’t be stuck behind a screen – you’ll see your code come alive on active construction sites, driving real machines and real change in how the world is built.
